1. Please arrive at the golf course 20-30 minutes before your tee time.  There will be NO Tournament Coordinator for this tournament as there will be no exchange of money and betting.

Check in with the Pro Shop when you arrive to get your cart assignment.  Players will double up in carts per the golf course.		  
2.  Face coverings will be optional in common areas, but are subject to state, local, or golf course guidelines on the date of play. They will not be required when playing.  Please practice Social Distancing.  
3.  Skins are pre-paid.  A list of Skins Players is attached.  If you are not on this list and would like to participate in Gross and/or Net Skin, please PayPal your Skins fee to oilmasters@cox.net or Venmo to @oilmasters before 10/08/21.  
4. There  will be NO Tournament Scorekeeper.  Please turn in your scorecard to the PRO SHOP after you have completed play.  Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write the FIRST & LAST names of all players.

NOTE:  We will NOT announce winners at the end of the golf tournament.  Tournament results will be announced by E-Mail and on the OMGC website.  All prizes will be awarded via PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Memo.		  
5. BE FAIR - Count all your strokes. Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).  
6. PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!! (unless allowed by Local Club or Course Rules).

Local Club Rule For This Tournament:  Sand Bunkers may be played as Ground Under Repair.  You may place your ball anywhere in the bunker, no closer to the hole with no penalty.  Please smooth out bunkers as best you can after you have played your ball.		  
7. Closest To The Pin Holes: All Par-3 holes.  SUPER PAR-3:  HOLE #6
OMGC Progressive Hole-In-One Pot: $315.00 (active OMGC members are eligible for Pot)		  
8. October 1, 2021 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.  
9. Flights will be as follows:
A-Flight:  0-13.0
B-Flight:  13.1+		 10. NOTE - Play will be from the:
BLUE tees for A-Flight
Gold tees for Women
WHITE tees for Seniors & All Others		  
11. It is each player's responsibility to know which tees they play from. Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.  
12.  The OMGC Club Championships is a 2-Day Total Net Stroke golf tournament.  We will take the combined Net Score of players from both days.  The Club Champion from both A-Flight & B-Flight will represent the Oil Masters Golf Club at the SCGA Tournament Of Champions in December.
