1. Please arrive at the golf course 20-30 minutes before your tee time.  Please pre-fill the attached Costa Mesa Golf Course Waiver Form and bring with you to the golf course.  There will be NO Tournament Coordinator for this tournament as there will be no exchange of money and betting. Check in with the Pro Shop when you arrive to give them your Waiver Form and to get your range balls and cart assignments.  Players will be in single carts unless you show proof of same household.
2.  Face coverings will be required when you arrive to the golf course and in common areas (generally the concrete area).  They will not be required when playing.  Please practice Social Distancing.
3.  Skins are pre-paid.  A list of Skins Players is attached.  If you are not on this list and would like to participate in Gross and/or Net Skin, please PayPal your Skins fee to oilmasters@cox.net before 7/9/20.
4. Please turn in your scorecard to the Tournament Scorekeepers, David Lysengen & Andrew Wyllie, when you have finished play. Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write the FIRST & LAST names of all players. NOTE:  We will announce winners at the end of the golf tournament, but all prizes will be awarded via PayPal or Credit Memo.
5. BE FAIR - Count all your strokes. Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).
6. PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!! (unless allowed by Local Club or Course Rules). Local Club Rule For This Tournament:  Sand Bunkers may be played as Ground Under Repair.  Since there are no rakes on the golf course, you may place your ball anywhere in the bunker with no penalty.  Please smooth out bunkers as best as possible after you have played your ball. The golf course has requested that flagsticks reamin in at all times.  There are foam in each hole to make retreiving your ball a little easier.
7. Closest To The Pin Holes: All Par-3 holes.  OMGC Progressive Hole-In-One Pot: $240.00 (active OMGC members are eligible for Pot)
8. June 1, 2020 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.
9. Flights will be as follows: A-Flight: 0-13.9 B-Flight: 14.0-17.9 C-Flight: 18.0 +				10. Play will be from the: BLUE tees for A-Flight GOLD tees for Women WHITE tees for Seniors & All Others
11. It is each player's responsibility to know which tees they play from. Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.
