NOTES:
1.  Please check in with the Tournament Coordinator, Steve Roth, when you arrive at the golf course.  Failure to check in with the Tournament Coordinator will result in a two-stroke penalty added to your final score.
2.  Please turn in your scorecard to the Tournament Scorekeepers, Dan Bennett or Dan Woo, when you have finished play.  Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write the FIRST & LAST names of all players.
3.  There will be a BBQ hosted by Tom & Melissa Reterath at their home near the golf course after the tournament.  All tournament scorecards should be turned in to Dan Bennett there.  If you cannot make the BBQ, please give your scorecard to someone who will be attending the BBQ. 4.  BE FAIR - Count all your strokes.  Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).
5.  PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!!  (unless allowed by Local Course Rules or when Winter Rules are in effect as declared by the Tournament Coordinator).
6.  Closest To The Pin Holes:  All Par-3 holes. OMGC Progressive Hole-In-One Pot:  $131.00 (active OMGC members are eligible for Pot)
7.  May 1, 2015 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.
8.  Play will be from the:           BLUE tees for Men       RED tees for Women       WHITE tees for Seniors
9.  It is each player's responsibility to know which tees they play from.  Please check with the Tournament Coordinator if you are unsure.  Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.
10.  Format of Play:  Front Nine:  Better Ball;  Back Nine:  Pinehurst
FRONT NINE FORMAT:  "4-BALL NET" Each player tees off from the tee box and play their own ball.  The best "Net Score" between players is recorded as the "Team Score".  90% of a players handicap will be used with a maximum handicap of 9 for the front nine.  Holes will be highlighted on the scorecard where players are allowed a stroke.
BACK NINE FORMAT:  "PINEHURST" Each player tees off from the tee box on their first shot.  On the second shot, Player 1 must hit Player 2's ball and vice versa.  On the third shot, team members must determine which ball they want to play for their third shot.  If Player 1's second shot is chosen, then Player 2 plays the 3rd shot and players alternate hitting thereafter, including putting.  Conversely, if Player 2's second shot is chosen, then Player 1 must play the 3rd shot and then players alternate hitting thereafter, including putting. Caution:  Do not hit out of turn or hit consecutive shots.  You will be subject to a one stroke penalty if you do so and you must replace the ball and the proper player must then hit the shot.  This is easily done if a player happens to miss a short putt and then without thinking, taps the ball in.  DO NOT DO THAT!
11.  This is a winner's take all tournament.  The winning team will get to represent the Oil Masters Golf Club at the SCGA Affiliate Team Championship to be held at the Sycuan Golf Resort (Oak Glen Course) in El Cajon, Ca. on August 17-18, 2015.  This entry is a $320 value!
