1. Please check in with the tournament coordinator, Terry Ford, when you arrive at the golf course. Failure to check in with the tournament coordinator will result in a two-stroke penalty added to your final score.

1. Please turn in your scorecard to the tournament scorekeepers, Steve Roth & Gordon Harder, when you have finished play. Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write in the FIRST & LAST names of all players.

2. BE FAIR – Count all your strokes. Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).

3. PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!!!!! The Oil Masters “OB Rule” WILL apply for this tournament

4. The Oil Masters “5-O” Rule (Maximum 5-Over Par) WILL NOT apply for this tournament.

Progressive Hole In One Pot: $230.00 (active OMGC members as of 1/1/13 are eligible for Pot)

6. October, 2013 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.

7. A-Flight: 0 - 9.9 Indexes

B-Flight: 10.0 – 18.4 Indexes

C-Flight: 18.5 + Indexes

8. Play will be from the “BLUE” tees for A & B-FLIGHT, “RED” tees for Women, and “WHITE” tees for C-Flight & Seniors.

- It is each player’s responsibility to know which tees they play from. Please check with the Tournament Coordinator if you are unsure. Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.

9. Order of play is Legends Course (18-holes) and then Champions Course (9-holes)

10. This is a “27 Hole Golf Tournament”. All 27-Holes will be counted as an aggregate score. 27-Hole handicaps will be calculated from 1.5X player’s 18-Hole handicap index.

11. The Low Net player between the A-Flight & B-Flight Club Champion will have the opportunity to represent the Oil Masters Golf Club in the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions to be held in Palm Springs in December 2013.
