NOTES:

 

1.    Please check in with the tournament coordinators, Ross & Barb Gough,, when you arrive at the golf course.  Failure to check in with the tournament coordinator will result in a two-stroke penalty added to your final score.

 

2.    Please turn in your scorecard to the tournament scorekeeper, Terry Ford & Dan Woo, when you have finished play.  Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write in the FIRST & LAST names of all players. 

 

3.    All players are responsible for their score being recorded correctly on the scoresheet.  Therefore, we suggest you double check the score that was recorded for you.

 

4.    BE FAIR – Count all your strokes.  Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).

 

5.    PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!!!!! 

 

6.    The Oil Masters “OB/LB Rule” & “10-END” Rules WILL apply for this tournament.

 

7.    Closest To The Pin Holes:  Holes #5, #7, #14

OMGC Members Hole In One Bonus:  $50.00;  Progressive Hole In One Pot:  $160.00

 

8.    December 2012 GHIN handicap indexes will be used for this tournament.

 

9.  Play will be from the “BLUE” tees for Qualifiers-FLIGHT,  “RED”  tees for Women,

                    “WHITE”  tees for Non-Qualifiers FLIGHT & Senior Status

-  It is each player’s responsibility to know which tees they play from.  Please check with the Tournament Coordinator if you are unsure.  Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.
