2. Please turn in your scorecard to the tournament scorekeepers, John & Carol Teasley, when you have finished play. Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write in the FIRST & LAST names of all players.

3. BE FAIR – Count all your strokes. Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).

4. PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!!!!! The Oil Masters “OB Rule” & “5-O” Rule (Maximum 5-Over Par) WILL apply for this tournament.

1. October, 2012 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.

2. A-Flight: 0 - 10.9 Indexes

B-Flight: 11.0 – 17.9 Indexes

C-Flight: 18.0 + Indexes

8. Play will be from the “BLUE” tees for A & B-FLIGHT, “RED” tees for Women,

and “WHITE” tees for C-Flight & Super Seniors.

- It is each player’s responsibility to know which tees they play from. Please check with the Tournament Coordinator if you are unsure. Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.

10. This is a “27 Hole Golf Tournament”. All 27-Holes will be counted as an aggregate score. 27-Hole handicaps will be calculated as 1.5X player’s 18-Hole handicap.

11. The Low Net player between the A-Flight & B-Flight Club Champion will have the opportunity to represent the Oil Masters Golf Club in the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions to be held in Palm Springs in December 2012.
