NOTES:

 

1.     Please check in with the tournament coordinators, Tom & Melissa Retterath, when you arrive at the golf course.  Failure to check in with the tournament coordinator will result in a two-stroke penalty added to your final score.

 

2.     Please turn in your scorecard to the tournament scorekeepers. John & Carol Teasley, when you have finished play.  Be sure to carefully check your scorecards and write in the FIRST & LAST names of all players.

 

3.     BE FAIR – Count all your strokes.  Please putt out all putts (No Gimmes).

 

4.     PLAY THE BALL AS IT LIES !!!!!!!!!  The Oil Masters “OB Rule” & “5-O” Rule (Maximum 5-Over Par) WILL apply for this tournament.

 

5.     Closest To The Pin Holes:  All Par 3’s

OMGC Members Hole In One Bonus:  $50.00;  Progressive Hole In One Pot:  $160.00

 

6.     July 2012 GHIN indexes will be used for this tournament.

 

1.     A-Flight:          0   -  12.5 Indexes

B-Flight:          12.6 – 16.9 Indexes

C-Flight:           17.0 +  Indexes

 

8.     Play will be from the “BLUE” tees for A-FLIGHT,  “GOLD”  tees for Women,  and “GREEN”  tees for All Others.

-  It is each player’s responsibility to know which tees they play from.  Please check with the Tournament Coordinator if you are unsure.  Players are subject to disqualification for playing from the wrong set of tees.

 

9.     In the event rain is in the forecast for the day of the tournament, please check the OMGC “Rain Line”

at (714) 969-3231 on the morning of the tournament to get an update on the status of the tournament.
