WET COURSE CONDITION RULE

In a wet golf course condition, a player may elect to Lift, Clean and Place his ball anywhere on the course not in a hazard.  The player may place their ball in the general vicinity of where the ball lies with the consent of his playing partners.  General Vicinity is taken as within 1 foot of where the ball lays in a playable location, no closer to the hole.
